Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, explaining Frankfinn’s training programs, and persuading them to enroll.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential students to promote and sell Frankfinn training courses.
• Explain course features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and convincing manner.
• Maintain follow-ups with interested leads for status updates and payment confirmation.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students.

Candidate Requirements:
Education:
• Graduate (preferred)
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply (minimum qualification: Class 12 pass with result in hand)
Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales (mandatory)
• Prior experience in outbound telesales is highly preferred
• Candidates from BD Tech or similar industries will be given preference
• Must have a proven track record of earning incentives in previous roles
Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Basic computer literacy

• CTC: ₹21,000 to ₹35,000 per month
