Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team and assist in daily activities
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
Process orders and ensure timely delivery
Maintain client database and update records
Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, accounts, production)
Track sales targets and support in achieving them
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge in MS Excel and basic computer knowledge
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of sales process
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
