We are hiring an IT Sales Coordinator to support the sales function for a leading IT distribution organization. The role involves sales coordination, order processing, partner communication, and backend support to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team, vendors, and channel partners for order execution
Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders
Track order status, delivery timelines, and ensure timely dispatch
Maintain and update sales records, MIS reports, and documentation
Handle customer queries and support partner communication
Coordinate internally with logistics, finance, and operations teams
Assist in price validation, stock availability, and order closure
Ensure accuracy in billing and documentation processes
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good understanding of sales operations/backend processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
Attention to detail and process-oriented approach
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / Business / IT preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / IT distribution / backend sales support
Experience in IT products, hardware, or distribution ecosystem is an added advantage
