KeyVendors is looking for a proactive Sales & Client Relationship Executive to join the Sales / Business Development department, based in Delhi NCR. This role involves generating, qualifying and converting interior design leads while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales process, from first enquiry to final conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive enquiries from phone, WhatsApp, website, social media and referrals and enter every lead into CRM
Qualify leads, schedule client meetings and site visits, and maintain a consistent follow-up schedule
Understand client requirements, explain company services and coordinate quotations
Follow up on proposals and negotiate within approved authority to convert qualified leads
Maintain professional communication and accurate client records
Prepare daily reports on leads, calls, follow-ups, meetings, site visits, quotations and conversions
Skills Required: Communication, Negotiation, Client Handling, Lead Conversion, Follow-up, CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, Basic Understanding of Interior Design Services
