Job Title: Sales Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to assist customers, generate sales, and support the overall sales operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers by understanding their requirements and providing suitable product/service information.
Generate sales through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order processing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and update data in CRM/Excel.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to learn.
