Sales Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Company- Element V Expo Pvt. Ltd to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, business development, or exhibition/event industry sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and client meetings.

· Develop relationships with corporate clients participating in exhibitions, trade fairs, and events.

· Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.

· Present exhibition stall concepts and company capabilities to prospective clients.

· Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.

· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings to generate leads.

· Update CRM and maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Exhibition Industry, Event Management, Advertising, or Interior Solutions.

· Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
