We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate / Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales activities, building customer relationships, generating leads, and supporting the external sales team. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, leads, and sales opportunities via phone, email, or CRM tools.
Generate and qualify leads through research, cold calls, and follow-ups.
Prepare and send quotations, sales proposals, and product specifications to potential clients.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer and sales information.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Follow up on post-sales service, customer feedback, and repeat orders.
Assist in developing and executing inside sales strategies to achieve targets.
Provide product information and technical assistance to customers.
Support the field sales team with appointment scheduling, documentation, and client coordination.
