# Job Description – Senior Executive, Retention
Company: RiskBirbal Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd.
Department: Retention
Location: Delhi NCR
### Key Responsibilities
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure timely policy renewals.
Achieve assigned •retention, renewal and revenue targets••.
• Follow up with clients for renewals, pending documents and payments.
Identify •cross-selling and upselling•• opportunities.
• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams for quotations, renewals and servicing.
• Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate •CRM records and process hygiene••.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and follow-up reports.
• Support client engagement and business growth from the existing portfolio.
### Required Skills & Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
2–4 years of experience in •insurance, renewals, retention, sales or relationship management••.
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented with good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
