We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage the store team, and ensure an excellent customer experience at our Gaur City Mall outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and store displays.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and company SOPs.
Track sales performance, prepare daily reports, and monitor KPIs.
Ensure discipline, attendance, and staff productivity.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in retail store management.
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in apparel, kidswear, toys, baby care, or lifestyle retail preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
Good knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
