Relationship Manager - Retail Business Development & Sales Source new customers through direct sales, referrals, connectors, and channel partners. Achieve assigned targets for retail loan products such as Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Vehicle Loans, etc. Generate business from existing and potential customers. Conduct field visits, market surveys, and lead generation activities. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand customer financial requirements and provide suitable product solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service and query resolution. Maintain regular follow-up with customers for repeat and referral business. 3. Loan Processing & Coordination Collect and verify customer documents as per company policies. Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for loan processing. Ensure smooth loan disbursement within defined turnaround time (TAT). Track applications and update customers on status. 4. Portfolio Management Monitor portfolio quality and customer repayment behavior. Support collection efforts for overdue accounts whenever required. Ensure portfolio growth while maintaining asset quality. 5. Compliance & Risk Control Adhere to all regulatory and company guidelines. Ensure KYC, AML, and documentation compliance. Maintain accuracy in customer records and reporting. 6. Market Intelligence Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Share market feedback with management. Identify opportunities for business expansion in assigned territory.
