Financial Advisory: Analyze individual customer financial needs and objectives to recommend suitable retail banking products, such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, insurance, and retail loans. Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth: Increase wallet share and generate revenue by cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial services and products. Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Handle daily service requests, coordinate with internal branch operations or departments, and resolve client complaints quickly and professionally.
