1. Operations Management

3. Customer Service

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly.

4. Financial Management

• Monitor daily sales and expenses.

• Manage budgets and control operational costs.

• Handle cash management and billing supervision.

• Prepare financial reports for owners or senior management.

5. Inventory & Supply Management

• Monitor food and beverage inventory.

• Order supplies and coordinate with vendors.

• Reduce wastage and control stock levels.

6. Marketing & Promotion

• Plan promotions and special offers.

• Work with marketing teams to attract customers.

• Maintain restaurant reputation and customer loyalty.

7. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards.

• Follow health department regulations.
