Job Description – Property Relationship Executive / Business Development Associate

Role Overview

SB Ventures is seeking a results-driven Property Relationship Executive to support our growing real estate operations. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a field-oriented sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage potential customers to generate new leads

• Explain and promote real estate offerings (plots / villas / projects) to prospective clients

• Coordinate and attend site visits with interested customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Understand customer requirements and present solutions accordingly

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and property briefings

• Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales cycle

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities

• Maintain basic sales records and submit regular performance and feedback reports

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Any graduate / intermediate (degree preferred)

• Experience:

  • Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome

  • Prior experience in sales, real estate, insurance, banking, or field marketing is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Willingness to work in the field and meet customers regularly

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
