Issue Resolution: Promptly and professionally resolve client complaints and issues, often acting as the escalation point.
Administrative & KYC Compliance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in CRM systems, handle KYC/documentation, and ensure compliance with bank procedures.
Market Monitoring: Keep informed about market trends, competitor products, and economic indicators to update strategies.
