Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Officer to manage deposit mobilization and collections in accordance with the provisions of the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002 and internal compliance guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, achieving business targets, and ensuring ethical and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Promote and mobilize Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), and other savings products
· Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits and networking
· Maintain strong relationships with existing members and clients
· Ensure timely collection of deposits, installments, and dues
· Follow up on overdue accounts and support recovery efforts
· Maintain accurate records and documentation as per compliance standards
· Ensure all activities comply with Multi-State Cooperative Society regulations
· Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries
· Meet monthly and quarterly business targets
Eligibility Criteria:
· Bachelor’s degree in Co-Operation, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
· 1–3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or cooperative society (Deposits/Collections preferred)
· Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Key Skills Required:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of deposit products (FD, RD, Savings)
· Basic understanding of collections and recovery process
· Familiarity with regulatory compliance (Cooperative Society norms)
