Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients for trading and investment products.

• Promote and sell equity, derivatives (F&O), commodities, currency, mutual funds, IPOs, PMS, and insurance products.

• Generate business through cold calling, references, and market networking.

• Activate dormant clients and ensure regular trading volumes.

• Provide basic market information and investment ideas to clients.

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SEBI regulations, and KYC norms.

• Achieve assigned revenue and acquisition targets on a monthly basis.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Good understanding of stock markets and financial products.

• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable products.

• Basic knowledge of trading platforms and market operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Finance preferred).

• Experience:

  • 0–2 years for Freshers with market knowledge

  • 1–5 years for experienced candidates in stock broking / financial services

• NISM certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience with broking firms like Angel One, ICICI Direct, HDFC Securities, Axis Direct, Motilal Oswal, Sharekhan, etc.

• Strong local market connect.

• Ready to work in a high-performance sales environment.
