Key Responsibilities
Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Conduct joint customer meetings with bank officials.
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy conversion.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Ensure smooth policy issuance and post-sales service.
Conduct training and awareness sessions for bank employees on insurance products.
Maintain MIS reports and sales activity records. �

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in BFSI, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, or Sales.
