Doctor Onboarding for DRx Platform:
Successfully onboard new doctors to the DRx Practice Management System, ensuring a smooth and informative setup process.
Portfolio Management:
Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of 50–100 doctors.
Act as the primary point of contact for doctors, addressing needs and maintaining engagement.
Platform Utilization:
Ensure all doctors in the portfolio are consistently active users of the DRx platform.
Monitor usage metrics and implement engagement strategies to drive activity.
Doctor Engagement & Support:
Maintain regular communication with doctors through calls, meetings, or virtual check-ins.
Address and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
Collect and relay feedback, suggestions, and improvement ideas to the product and development teams.
Target Achievement:
Meet monthly active user (MAU) targets and transaction goals from the doctor portfolio.
Work to minimize churn and increase long-term retention of onboarded doctors.
Churn Management:
Implement proactive strategies to reduce doctor attrition from the platform.
Identify early signs of disengagement and take corrective action.
Sales & Outcome Delivery:
Achieve sales and performance targets as per the agreed schedule.
Drive adoption of value-added services or products on the DRx platform.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as tech, customer support, sales, and product to ensure seamless execution of responsibilities.
Share insights and collaborate on initiatives that enhance doctor experience and platform growth.
