We’re looking for a dynamic and persuasive Customer Calling Executive (Sales) to join our growth team. Your primary responsibility will be to call potential and existing customers — parents, school reps, or coaches — and convert them into registrations for our academies and tournaments. You’ll be the voice of SFL, helping customers understand the value of our programs and driving sign-ups through meaningful, professional conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to leads generated via marketing campaigns, referrals, or past databases.
● Convert warm and cold leads into confirmed registrations for tournaments and academies. ● Clearly explain SFL’s offerings, pricing, and benefits to parents and decision-makers.
● Follow structured scripts while adapting communication based on customer tone and questions.
