Job Summary
The Relationship Manager will generate business through B2B and Direct Sales, build long-term relationships, and promote financial products while achieving business targets.
B2B Business Development
· Develop relationships with DSAs, Channel Partners, Builders, CAs, Property Consultants, Real Estate Agents and Corporate Clients.
· Generate business opportunities for Loans, Investments and Insurance.
· Conduct regular field visits to onboard new partners.
· Build long-term referral relationships.
Direct Sales
· Acquire customers through field sales, networking, references and cold calling.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
· Achieve monthly sales targets.
· Ensure timely follow-up until closure.
Product Portfolio
· Home Loans
· Loan Against Property (LAP)
· Business Loans
· Personal Loans
· Working Capital / OD / CC
· Mutual Funds
· Fixed Income Products
· Health, Life & General Insurance
· Demat Account & Share Trading Services
Customer Relationship Management
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Coordinate with internal teams for faster processing.
· Maintain customer records and follow-ups.
· Resolve customer queries professionally.
Reporting & MIS
· Submit Daily Sales Reports and Field Visit Reports.
· Maintain CRM and lead database.
· Track enquiries to disbursement/policy issuance.
Eligibility
· Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
· Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, Investments or FinTech preferred.
· Experience in B2B Sales, Direct Sales or Relationship Management.
· Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
