Job Title: Relationship Manager – Loan Sales

We are looking for a Relationship Manager – Loan Sales to join our team at RichAura Fintech Private Limited. The role requires generating new business opportunities, acquiring customers, building long-term client relationships, and driving loan disbursements across multiple lending products. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets in the banking or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, cold calling, and personal networking.

• Promote and sell loan products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Balance Transfer, Working Capital, and OD/CC.

• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend the most suitable loan solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, builders, CAs, and property consultants to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and the internal operations team to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.

• Collect and verify customer documents to ensure complete and accurate loan applications.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on lending products, market trends, competitor offerings, and RBI guidelines.

• Prepare daily sales reports, maintain CRM records, and provide regular business updates to the reporting manager.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate in any discipline with 1–2 years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, DSA, or fintech. Applicants should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail or MSME loan sales.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of loan eligibility, documentation, and credit assessment.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving ability.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and digital applications.

• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
