We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Manager to drive sales of banking products and manage customer relationships. The role involves both field sales and office-based coordination. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, cross-selling banking products, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Generate leads and acquire new customers for banking products (Loans, Credit Cards, CASA, Insurance, etc.)
Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
Maintain proper documentation and compliance as per banking norms
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in banking or financial sales
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
