Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Manager to drive sales of banking products and manage customer relationships. The role involves both field sales and office-based coordination. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, cross-selling banking products, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for banking products (Loans, Credit Cards, CASA, Insurance, etc.)

• Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable products

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications

• Maintain proper documentation and compliance as per banking norms

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems

• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in banking or financial sales

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to do field work
