Job_Discription:
Appoint and manage franchise partners in the assigned zone
Drive sales growth through franchise and retail network expansion
Build strong local partnerships and ensure smooth territory operations
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to achieve franchise sales targets and expand
the network in key markets.
Manage the full franchise sales process: lead sourcing, qualification, presentations, financial
assessment, due diligence, and onboarding.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demographic data to identify new areas for
franchise development.
Serve as the primary liaison for potential franchisees throughout the evaluation process.
Partner with internal teams (operations, legal, finance, marketing) to ensure a smooth and
compliant franchise approval process.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Desired_Candidate:
• Candidate should have experience in retail or channel sales and operations.
