Relationship Manager

Job description:

We hiring a Relationship Manager for its Gold Loan division in Kolkata (Multiple Locations). We are looking for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Gold Valuation, and Customer Relationship Management.

This is a field-based role requiring strong customer handling skills and knowledge of gold loan processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate gold appraisal and valuation (correct caratage capture and stone deduction)

• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and KYC verification

• Complete customer onboarding and online registration process

• Coordinate internally for loan approvals and processing

• Resolve customer queries during loan disbursement

• Generate new business through referrals and renewals

• Conduct local field activities to generate leads

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree mandatory)

• 1–2 years of experience in Gold Appraisal / Gold Loan / Gold Valuation

• Age up to 30 years

• Strong communication skills in Bengali (preferred) and basic English

• Two-wheeler with valid Driving License (Mandatory)

• Willingness to travel locally for field visits
