Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Relationship Manager – Direct Channel, Agency Channel and APC Channel to join our Life Insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and driving sales through direct interactions. This role also focuses on building long-term client relationships to support sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through field activities, personal networking, and referrals
• Meet prospective customers to understand their financial and insurance needs
• Recommend and sell suitable life insurance products
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries promptly
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate ( any stream)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales or insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in a field sales environment
Required Skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated approach
• Basic understanding of financial and insurance products (preferred)
