About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident and presentable female candidate with excellent communication skills to work from our office/working space at DLF.

The primary responsibility will be to build relationships with customers, understand their requirements and identify potential business opportunities, particularly customers who may be looking to purchase property or require financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers at the DLF working space.

• Interact with customers and understand their basic requirements.

• Identify potential customers and business opportunities through regular interactions.

• Generate and qualify potential leads.

• Share qualified leads with the respective Manager for further discussion and conversion.

• Maintain regular coordination with the Manager regarding leads and customer requirements.

• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Female candidate with a smart, confident and presentable personality.

• Excellent communication skills with good command of English.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Prior experience in real estate, customer relationship management, sales or financial services preferred.

• Should be confident in interacting with professionals and customers.

• Good grooming, professional attitude and a pleasant personality.

• Should be proactive and comfortable with lead generation and customer engagement.
