
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, ensuring that they are effectively promoting and selling our company’s products or services. You will be a key point of contact for customers, providing ongoing support, driving sales performance, and maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships. Your role is critical to the growth of the company’s network of brokers and overall business success.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any queries, concerns, or feedback.
Regularly ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of company products/services.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
2+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, or brokerage (preferred).
Experience in the financial services, insurance, real estate, or similar industries may be advantageous.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to build trust and rapport with brokers and clients.
