Handle customer service tasks such as account opening, DMAT services, and grievance resolution. Educate customers on product features and assist with service requests like cheque book issuance. Achieve sales targets for bank and investment products through cross-selling and referrals. Enhance customer value by offering relevant financial solutions beyond their stated needs.
