What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
• Client Acquisition and Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with
potential clients to understand their property rental and leasing needs. You will generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research, with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants. Your goal is to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through prompt and professional service.
• Sales Process Management: Conduct property showings and presentations, skillfully negotiate lease agreements, and assist in closing deals efficiently. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and property management services.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the Bangalore residential real estate market. You will share these valuable insights to help improve sales strategies and processes.
