Role Overview: Kactto is hiring target-driven Sales Executives responsible for direct sales and revenue growth. This role is performance-oriented and includes mandatory sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and manage a team of agents to drive sales and business growth. Coordinate with agents and guide them in achieving daily and monthly sales targets. Support agents in client interaction and sales conversion.
Monitor agents’ performance and ensure productivity.
Help in onboarding and developing new agents for the team.
Maintain regular communication with agents and resolve their queries.
Motivate agents to achieve higher sales and improve performance.
Track agents’ sales activities and report progress to management.
Marketing & Promotion Support:
Support digital and direct marketing initiatives
Promote products through social media, referrals, and Direct relationship outreach
Share market and customer feedback with management
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience in sales, retail, and direct selling, preferred
Strong communication and convincing skills Comfortable with targets and performance-driven roles
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or lifestyle products is an advantage
