JOB DESCRIPTION: Parent Relationship Manager (PRM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow Up with Prospective Parents: Call parents, understand their needs, and share ORCHIDS’

benefits to encourage admission.

• Provide On-Site Counseling: Conduct counselling sessions for the parents, explain the school’s

curriculum and facilities, give tours, and convert them for admission of their kid.

• Support Current Parents: Build relationships with existing parents, handle concerns, and help

prevent student withdrawals.

• Manage Admissions Records: Keep accurate records, track interactions, and update admission

progress in the system.

• Achieve Targets: Meet the admission targets by actively engaging with prospective parents.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Any Discipline

• Good Communication skills (Fluent English) and must know the local Language. Knowing Hindi will be

an advantage.

• Should be super comfortable with kids.

• Extremely proactive and flexible in approach

• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude

• Work Mode: Onsite (Work from School Branch).

• Working Days: 6 days per week (with 1 rotational day off).

• Compensation: 5.2 LPA (4.2L fixed + 1L variable)

• Location: Pan India
