Role Overview:

We are hiring motivated and dynamic freshers for the role of Business Development Associate. As a BDA, you will engage with prospective students, understand their career aspirations, and guide them towards the right upskilling programs offered by Scaler. This role directly contributes to empowering the next generation of tech professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage client interactions to understand goals and offer solutions.

• Qualify leads and align prospects with the right programs.

• Follow up and maintain long-term engagement with potential clients.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets through a consultative approach.

• Maintain strong knowledge of product offerings and updates.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, M.Tech preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for sales, with a target-driven mindset.

• Basic understanding of CRMs like LeadSquared is an added advantage.

• Preferred Experience (Good to Have):

• Prior exposure to EdTech or high-ticket sales (₹50,000+).

• Familiarity with the education domain or tech products.
