Job Title: Acquisition Manager – Business Loans

Educational Qualification

- Graduation is mandatory from a recognized university.

- Candidates with experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Business Loans, or SME Loans will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers for Business Loans / SME Loans.

- Generate leads through market visits, references, direct sourcing, and business networks.

- Build relationships with SME/MSME business owners and entrepreneurs.

- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to sanction and disbursement.

- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth case processing.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Ensure compliance with bank policies and processes.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate – Mandatory

- Banking / NBFC / Financial Services / Sales experience preferred.

- Strong communication and sales skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Good knowledge of the Bangalore market will be an advantage.
