We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at at India Trade Overseas. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Achieve monthly business and customer retention targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
