We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented candidates for the Agency Channel role. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing a team of Financial Advisors to drive insurance sales and achieve business targets.

• Recruit and onboard new Financial Advisors / Agents.

• Provide complete product training and sales guidance to advisors.
