सेल्स रिलेशनशिप मैनेजर

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager with at least 1 year of experience in handling

financial products such as Demat accounts, SIPs (Systematic Investment Plans), and

Insurance. The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales, and providing suitable

financial solutions based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial

goals.

● Act as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of service and

satisfaction.

● Engage with clients regularly to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.

2. Demat Account Handling

● Assist clients in opening and maintaining Demat accounts.

● Resolve client queries related to Demat accounts and transactions.

● Guide clients on stock market investments and securities management.

3. SIP & Mutual Fund Advisory

● Advise clients on Mutual Fund investments through SIPs and lump sum options.

● Help clients plan long-term wealth creation strategies.

● Monitor and review SIP investments periodically.

4. Insurance Advisory

● Recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, and general insurance).

● Ensure clients are adequately covered based on their risk profile and financial goals.

5. Sales & Revenue Generation

● Drive sales across financial products including Demat, Mutual Funds, SIPs, and

Insurance.

● Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall branch revenue.

● Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products.

Key Skills & Competencies:

● Strong understanding of Demat accounts, stock market investments, and mutual funds

● Knowledge of SIPs and insurance products

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Strong client-handling and relationship management ability

● Sales-driven with a target-oriented mindset

● Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance
