Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage end-to-end client relationships.
Build and maintain long-term relationships for sales and servicing of financial products such as Trading Accounts, Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, and Wealth Management.
Meet clients at the branch or through client visits to provide personalized financial guidance.
Generate new business through referrals and other lead-generation sources.
Achieve assigned sales and service targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Conduct meaningful and value-driven conversations with clients daily.
Assist clients in achieving financial goals through structured financial planning and portfolio management.
Manage and review client investment portfolios aligned with their objectives.
Address client concerns promptly and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Eligibility & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (pursuing or completed).
Strong interest in Relationship Management and Financial Services.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow processes.
Experience
0–3 years of experience.
