About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assisting them with trading and investment-related services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate trading and investment solutions.
Generate business through lead conversion, client referrals, and relationship management.
Assist clients with account opening, onboarding, and documentation processes.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
Address client queries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Promote company products and services to increase client participation and revenue generation.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets as assigned by the management.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and support.
