Job Summary
Responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining B2B clients such as sub-brokers, authorized persons, channel partners, and corporate clients. The role focuses on revenue generation, partner engagement, and long-term relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new B2B partners
Manage and retain existing partners to drive brokerage growth
Promote and cross-sell products: Equity, Derivatives, Currency, MF, IPOs, etc.
Act as a single point of contact for partner support and escalations
Track partner performance and reactivate inactive clients
Coordinate with operations, compliance, and risk teams
Ensure adherence to SEBI and exchange regulations
Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of stock market and brokerage products
Proven experience in B2B sales and client retention
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to drive revenue and meet targets
Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate (Finance or Commerce preferred)
NISM certification preferred.
