We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at at Group Landmark Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting showroom visitors and lot prospects to identify their specific transportation needs, budget, and lifestyle requirements.
Maintaining deep knowledge of vehicle features, technical specifications, and available inventory to provide accurate information and compare competing models.
Conducting professional vehicle presentations ("walk-arounds") and accompanying customers on test drives to demonstrate performance and technology features.
Overcoming customer objections, negotiating final sales prices (including trade-in allowances), and finalizing purchasing agreements.
Explaining lease and purchase options, processing credit applications, and working with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) manager to finalize loan or payment details.
Accurately completing all sales contracts, title work, and registration documents in accordance with dealership policies and government regulations.
Utilizing Lead Management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track prospects, log daily activities, and manage follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Require Good English Communication.
