Role Overview

We are looking for a Relationship Manager – Events who will be responsible for end-to-end client coordination, proposal management, vendor liaison, and smooth execution of events. The role demands strong communication, negotiation skills, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to event closure

Understand client requirements and prepare & share proposals in coordination with internal teams

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and suppliers for event deliverables

Oversee event execution on-ground, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction

Liaise with the designing and planning team for event concepts, creatives, and layouts

Handle vendor negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery

Ensure smooth internal coordination across operations, design, and logistics teams

Maintain strong client relationships and focus on repeat business

Prepare basic MIS, follow-ups, and post-event feedback reports

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong client servicing & relationship management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Good negotiation and coordination abilities

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Willingness to travel for events as required

Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic documentation

Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
