Relationship Manager - AHF Sales & Business Development Source Affordable Housing Loan customers through direct sourcing, referrals, and channel partners. Achieve monthly and annual home loan disbursement targets. Identify potential markets and develop customer acquisition strategies. Generate leads through builders, brokers, DSAs, and customer references. Conduct field visits and customer meetings for business generation. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. Guide customers through the home loan application process. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints. Cross-sell insurance and other financial products where applicable. Credit & Documentation Support Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing. Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for faster loan approvals. Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan applications. Maintain portfolio quality and adherence to company policies. Portfolio Management Monitor customer repayments and portfolio health. Follow up on pending documentation and disbursement requirements. Support collections team in controlling delinquency within the assigned portfolio.
