Job Summary

YES Securities is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Relationship Associate (Equity Dealing) with hands-on experience in equity dealing and stock market operations. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in equity trade execution, a sound understanding of the equity cash market, and a valid NISM Series VIII certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute equity cash market trades accurately and efficiently through the designated trading terminal.

• Assist clients with equity trading-related queries and provide timely support.

• Monitor orders and ensure accurate trade execution in accordance with established procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve trade-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.

• Build and maintain effective client relationships while delivering quality service.

Eligibility Criteria

• Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience in equity dealing is required.

• Mandatory: Valid NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification.

• Practical experience with trading terminals such as ODIN is preferred.

• Good understanding of equity market operations, order execution, and risk management.

• Strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills.

Important Requirement

Candidates must have prior equity dealing experience. Candidates with experience exclusively in commodity dealing or derivatives dealing, without practical equity dealing experience, will not be considered.
