Creating a distributor network by identifying super stockiest, distributors and other business opportunities, negotiating and closing the deal either individually or with the assistance of seniors.
Directly responsible for opening and servicing the A+ Category and key accounts outlets (Chain & Standalone Nutrition stores/Pharmacies/Super Stores /Wellness Outlets etc.)
Ensuring collections from distributor and Super Stockist/key accounts as per the agreed terms.
Monitoring, training, grooming , and motivating the sales promoters, store managers to deliver the targeted results by providing support, information, and guidance.
Responsible for executing brand promotion visibility norms across the territory as per company standards and planning and implementing consumer and POS- driven activities in traditional channels.
Ensuring proper documentation, reporting and statutory compliance.
Timely submission of claim and monitoring ROI of distributor & sales channel partners.
Generate Demand: Explore business opportunities with different stakeholders for regular & focused products and design strategies and initiatives to generate demand
Collaborate with cross-functional teams & Marketing to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
Field Activations: Execute field marketing activities around the products with a view to increase adoption and depth including programs to create brand awareness and communicate product strength vis-à-vis active competitor products in market.
Demand Planning: Collaborate with Supply chain, brand team & retail accounts to ensure availability of stocks in line with demand.
Trade Schemes: Input for scheme design to head trade sales team. Implement and track performance of schemes for trade partners. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and keep track of key competition products, pricing and activities and make proactive plans to counter competition and to stay abreast of industry trends Drive the entire sales cycle Primary & Secondary sales, while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Proven experience in business sales development, Experience in the Nutrition or food supplement industry is a plus

3-5 years Sales experience in OTC/OTX/ Cosmetics (exp in Consumer Nutrition will be an advantage)
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, science, Business, Marketing or a related field. MBA in Marketing preferred. Professional: Sales & Marketing
