We are hiring Admission Counsellors who are passionate about education and international student success. This role involves managing end-to-end application processes, guiding candidates through international admissions, and ensuring timely, quality support. Application targets will be set and will directly impact performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Guide students through the entire admission process for international universities

Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of applications

Achieve monthly application targets set by the admissions team

Actively communicate with candidates via phone, email, and in person to offer prompt assistance

Maintain applicant data and status updates in the CRM system

Provide support and follow-ups for offer letters, conditional/unconditional acceptances, and visa documents

Coordinate with university partners, internal departments, and students to ensure smooth workflow

Deliver exceptional candidate experience through responsiveness and reliability

Participate in training programs to stay updated with admission processes and university guidelines

Represent Worldify at education fairs, webinars, and in-house events as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (required); education or administration background is a plus

Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, counselling, or international education (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

Good command of English (written and spoken)

Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under deadlines

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Willingness to commute or relocate to Janakpuri, Delhi
