Recovery Agent

We are looking for a Collection Executive/tele caller to join our team Dhani Loans & Services for Collection of Personal Loans & Credit Cards. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call to the customer for his Personal Loan/CC balance or Outstanding & request for Payment.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns and ensure the payment of outstanding amount.

• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Provide customers with accurate information.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is graduation and min 6 month experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries and payments/collection . The candidate should be comfortable with 6 Days during the Day shift.
