Job Description

We are looking for a Female Real Estate Telecaller – Sales to join our team. This role is focused on pre-sales activities, lead handling, and customer coordination for residential real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should have basic to good knowledge of real estate pre-sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into qualified site visits and bookings. This is a target-driven role with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads

• Handle inbound calls and property inquiries professionally

• Explain project details such as location, pricing, configuration, payment plans, and offers

• Qualify leads and identify genuine buyers

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team

• Maintain proper follow-up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp

• Update and manage customer data in CRM or Excel

• Coordinate with sales managers for closures and deal status

• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead conversion goals

• Maintain professional communication and customer trust at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates only

• Prior experience in real estate pre-sales / telecalling preferred

• Good command over Hindi and Marathi (English basic to good preferred)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle objections and follow up persistently

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, email)

• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on results
