Salary:

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand)

• ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (CTC) + Attractive Incentives & Performance Bonus

Working Days & Timings:

• Tuesday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Monday: Weekly Off

Job Summary:

Eureka EOS Globs is hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers with experience in real estate telecalling or telesales. The role involves engaging potential clients, understanding their property needs, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote property sales

• Understand customer requirements and share relevant project details

• Maintain and update CRM with client interactions

• Follow up to convert leads into site visits and closures

• Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and deal finalization

• Meet weekly and monthly call/conversion targets

• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships

Required Experience:

• 6 months to 1 year in Telecalling/Telesales

• Mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry

Skills & Competencies:

• Fluent communication in English and Hindi

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Confident, self-driven, and target-focused

• Basic computer proficiency and CRM usage

Qualification:

• Minimum: 12th Pass

• Preferred: Graduate in any discipline
