About the Role

We are looking for a professional, confident, and target-oriented Female Tele Sales Executive with proven experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, strong follow-up abilities, and experience in converting leads into site visits and potential sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.

• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, campaigns, and other sources.

• Understand customers' property requirements, budget, and preferences.

• Explain property projects, features, pricing, offers, payment plans, and other details to customers.

• Convince and motivate prospective customers to schedule site visits.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture leads until conversion.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in CRM/software.

• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further customer handling.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead, site visit, and conversion targets.

• Maintain professional relationships with potential customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good objection-handling and customer-convincing abilities.

• Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

• Good command of Hindi and English.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Pre-Sales.

• Experience with a real estate developer, builder, property consultant, or real estate agency is preferred.

• Candidates with experience handling property leads and converting them into site visits will be given preference.

• Female candidates with a professional personality and strong communication skills are preferred.
