· Make sure all the walk-in inquires by client in to be manage as per the define process.
· Make sure team is taking follow-ups with client at various stages and update the CRM.
· If require visit the property with client at various stage (from Sales to possession).
· Co-ordination between client and site maintenance team for smooth and satisfying client experience till final possession.
· Responsible for co-ordination with site maintenance / engineering team for any pending work regarding client property from to possession stage.
· To take the approval from management on any pricing deviation.
· Undertake periodic reviews of client property for pending work status.
· Take part in any marketing events or property show decided by the management. (Like GIHED Property show, Times Property Expo.)
· On time daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to the management and analysis as per the need.
· Overall Accountability and work delegation at Site.
· Make sure to maintain a healthy relationship with all his/her clients.
· Organize the training and make sure to attend trainings and other meetings as and when organized/required by the company.
· Preparation of various MIS to the management and adhere to the policies and processes.
· Make sure to analyse the feedback report of the customer and document the same in a timely manner to the management in the Review meeting.
· Make sure all the complaints are resolve within defined TATs.
· He must undertake any other task assigned by the management.

· Banakhat (Agreement to Sale) Execution Co-ordination
· Sale Deed Execution Co-ordination
· Visit other projects in same & nearby competitive areas and if possible visit the new project which is talk of the town for self development
· Maintain a healthy environment within Team Members and with a problem solving approach
· Make sure all the files to be maintained in defined folders.
